LIGHT LUNCH: $6.00 per person Includes two hot dogs with all the toppings, potato chips, dessert, iced tea and lemonade. SALAD PLATE LUNCH: $10.95 per person Includes chicken salad and tuna salad tea sandwiches, strawberry spinach salad, fruit salad, dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade. GOLFERS BUFFET: $10.95 per person Includes fresh deli meats and cheese served on know rolls with bistro sauce, relish tray, cole slaw, potato chips, dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade. LONE PINE BUFFET: $18.00 per person Includes beef brisket au jus or stuffed chicken breast, smashed red potatoes with garlic and sour cream, vegetable, mixed greens salad, rolls and butter, dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade. GOLFERS ITALIAN FEAST: $18.00 per person Includes chicken parmesan, choice of pasta Florentine, pasta with vodka sauce, or baked ziti, tossed salad, garlic bread, dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade. DELUXE SEAFOOD BUFFET: $22.00 per person Includes coconut shrimp, herb crusted tilapia, carved roast beef, potato or rice pilaf, vegetable, rolls and butter, dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade. Hospitality
ON THE COURSE An outing may elect to have a hospitality hole(s) on the golf course, or a hospitality cart(s) may be used. The outing must provide the driver, who must be knowledgeable about the game of golf. Prevailing cart fees will apply. Canned beer, soda, bottled water, Poweraide and snacks (candy, crackers, bagged snacks, etc., are available). IN THE CLUB HOUSE You may elect to have a “cash bar,” “host bar by the drink,” or a “host bar by the hour.” BEVERAGE PRICES BY THE DRINK (FOR CASH BAR OR HOST BAR BY THE DRINK): Soda - $1.75 Wine - $4.00 Canned Beer - $2.50 Bottled Beer - $3.50 Mixed - $5.00 BEVERAGE PRICES BY THE HOUR (Per Person): One Hour - $12.00 Two Hours - $14.00 Three Hours - $16.00
Dress Code
ALL participants (including volunteers) must follow our dress code of no jeans, short shorts or tee shirts. Please inform everyone in your outing “on the invitation.”
Miscellaneous
You must provide a “rough count” two weeks before your event and also a “guaranteed count” three days prior to your event. You must pay for the guaranteed number on all “food” arrangements. However, for the “golf” charges, we will charge only for the number of golfers who actually attend. Pairings must be submitted four days in advance of the outing. All prices include PA sales tax and 18% club service charge where applicable. Employee gratuity is at your discretion. Prices and availability subject to change.
A $1,000 Down Payment Is Required to Secure a Date for Monday Golf Outings or $500 for Thursday Golf Outings

Events/Wedding Receptions
We are delighted that you have chosen Lone Pine for your event or wedding reception.
Menu selections are required at least three weeks in advance. A rough count on the number of guests is due two weeks before your event. A guaranteed count is due three days before the event.
Full payment must be made in advance of the banquet (or the day of the banquet, at management’s discretion). All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute items when necessary. We guarantee prices 30 days prior to the date of the event.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE A 18% CLUB SERVICE CHARGE OR PA STATE TAX. Gratuity for employees is at your discretion.

LUNCHEON SELECTIONS

COUNTRY CLUB CHICKEN SALAD PLATTER A generous scoop of our gourmet version of our chicken salad, made with all white meat, pecans and grapes. Served with vegetable garnishes
FRESH FRUIT PLATE A colorful serving of fresh seasonal fruits, served with cottage cheese. Chicken or tuna salad additional
GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD Juicy strips of charbroiled chicken, served on a bed of crisp greens, garnished with fresh vegetable toppings and served with your choice of two dressings.
PINEAPPLE BOATS A quarter of a fresh pineapple topped with a scoop each of chicken and tuna salad and garnished with hard cooked egg and fresh raw vegetable garnishes.
LONE PINE DEVONSHIRE Baked ham and turkey breast over toast points, topped with bacon and creamy cheese sauce. Garnished with broccoli florets.
“SHOWER” LUNCHEON BUFFET Assorted tea sandwiches, fresh fruit display, tortellini salad, veggies and dip, seafood spread with crackers, and spinach dip in a bread bowl.
DELI STYLE LUNCHEON BUFFET Deli meat and cheese trays, assorted breads and rolls, a hot deli entree (select from ham BBQ, hot sausage, hot roast beef or rigatoni with meat sauce), macaroni salad, and cole slaw.
BUFFET DINNERS (30-person minimum)
STROLLING FEAST Chef carved succulent beef tenderloin, oven roasted turkey breast and glazed baked ham, which is served with silver dollar rolls; fettuccini alfredo, fresh fruit display, tossed garden greens, roasted redskin potatoes with herbs, mixed seasonal vegetables. Top off your evening with a selection from our delicious dessert display.
COUNTRY BUFFET Includes salad bar, rolls, fried chicken, BBQ ribs, baked beans, corn-on-the-cob, baked potatoes, and a variety of desserts.
CHEF’S BUFFET for two entrees or three entrees Includes a served tossed salad and rolls, two or three entrees, vegetable, starch, and a dessert selection. Pick from: Chef carved selections such as prime rib, glazed ham, roast turkey, roast pork, or beef tenderloin (add $1.00 per person for tenderloin). Other selections include fried chicken, chicken cordon bleu, baked ziti with meat sauce, seafood Newburg or crab stuffed orange roughy.
SIT DOWN DINNERS (Select Up to Two)
All dinner entrees include a choice each of appetizer, salad, vegetable, starch, dessert of pie, cake or ice cream sundae, and rolls.
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU Our house specialty! Smoked ham and Swiss cheese rolled inside a breaded breast of chicken, baked and topped with a supreme sauce.
BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with bread dressing, served with gravy.
PRIME RIB OF BEEF A generous slice of succulent prime rib topped with an jus.
CRAB STUFFED ORANGE ROUGHY A mild flavored fish baked stuffed with Chef's homemade crab stuffing.
